Sheriff tells commissioners of pot growing facilities

J.E. Ward 07/09/2015 Custer County banned commercial marijuana facilities in 2010, but that hasn’t stopped them from appearing. During the regular Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) meeting, Colorado State Treasurer Walker Stapleton stated that other rural counties have reported a problem with marijuana facilities, and he wanted to know if Custer County did as well.
