End of 90 day moratorium approaches, ordinances sugggested Jesse Chaney 3/11/2010 As Lamar’s 90-day moratorium on medicinal marijuana dispensaries nears expiration, the Lamar City Council considered on Monday a pair of ordinances that would regulate the use of the drug within the city. For the ordinances to take effect before the moratorium expires, council members would need to approve the first of three required readings during their next regularly scheduled meeting, City Administrator Ron Stock said.
