Grand County considers medical marijuana regulations

Wednesday, March 10, 2010 By Tonya Bina 3/10/2010 Grand County is proposing regulations on medical marijuana dispensaries. A rough draft of the law puts dispensaries in certain zones with strict rules about distances from child-care centers, schools, churches, correctional facilities, halfway houses, residential dwellings, and other dispensaries.
