Eagle Police were called to the site of a medical marijuana dispensary in town last week on a report of a suspicious vehicle at the location. While the officer was en route, she spotted a vehicle matching the call's description heading southbound on Eby Creek Road. The officer proceeded to follow the car as it turned on to Church Street. The officer noted the driver failed to stop at the stop sign at Church and Second streets before pulling into an adjacent parking lot.
