To help weed through the chaos, we've created this guide to the state's top marijuana power players, complete with Pot Passion Index" (in which a ranking of 1 equates to "Ban it forever!" while a 10 signifies "Pot for everybody!").

There is a group that has been operating for years, and, in fact, has its roots in the very first MMJ activists organization in the state. This group hosted Mason Tvert when he first arrived on the scene at CU and was instrumental in getting Safer off the ground. This group operates behind the scenes, mostly, but has influenced the marijuana activist community for longer than any other activist organization in Colorado. This group is Front Range NORML. This group recently held a fundraiser that raised $4000 for Sensible Colorado. this group consists of Gregory Stinson, Tim Gordon and Bo Shaffer.
